Job summary

Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy is seeking a Gift Administration Associate to support the accurate processing and administration of charitable contributions. This role serves as a central resource for gift records, donor data management, stewardship communications, and reporting across fundraising programs.

You will collaborate with Development, Finance, and Operations to ensure data quality, timely acknowledgments, and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• One to two years of professional experience in an administrative, customer service, operations, fundraising, or nonprofit environment preferred.
• Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or record-keeping tools preferred (with Raiser’s Edge experience a plus but not required).

Responsibilities

• Process gifts and donations accurately from multiple channels (online, checks, donor-advised funds, stock gifts, etc.).
• Enter and maintain organized donor and constituent records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support import and review of online gifts, event registrations, and constituent data into fundraising systems.
• Coordinate gift acknowledgments and donor communications to ensure timely recognition.
• Collaborate with Development and Finance to reconcile donations and answer gift-related questions.
