Job summary

Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy is seeking a Fundraising Associate to support the Development team with accurate data management, donor communications, and event coordination in the San Francisco Bay Area.

You will ensure donor records are precise, process gifts across multiple channels, and provide essential reporting to guide fundraising campaigns and stewardship efforts. This full-time, on-site role requires at least 3 days/week in the office or on-site at park locations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with database tasks and donor systems like gift entry, database updating, and mail merges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; professional donor communications.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts and donations from multiple channels.
• Enter and maintain donor records with accuracy.
• Support import/review of online gifts, event registrations, and donor data.
• Assist with gift acknowledgments and donor communications.
• Reconcile donations with Finance and address donor questions.
• Create and manage queries/reports in Raiser's Edge; run donor renewal analyses.
• Support endowment reporting and planned giving activities.
• Draft and distribute solicitation and stewardship materials.
