Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year clerical/administrative experience.
• Experience in Institutional Advancement preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Process and post donations accurately using multiple systems (Annual Fund, credit card, matching gifts, events).
• Reconcile daily deposits and gift exceptions; research donor data and GL impacts.
• Maintain accurate gift records ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.
• Research and resolve gift data discrepancies using department guidelines and GAAP.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address donation disputes and donor inquiries.
• Respond to cases and inquiries promptly and route requests appropriately.
