Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented Gift Operations Specialist to support a philanthropy and gift operations team in Houston, TX. This role handles donations, donor data, and customer service, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage gift data, reconcile transactions, and uphold CASE Global Reporting Standards while collaborating with internal teams on disputes and inquiries.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of clerical, office, administrative, organizational, or related support experience.
• Additional equivalent experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Previous Institutional Advancement experience is highly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research discrepancies, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Process and record a variety of philanthropic donations accurately and efficiently.
• Support processing for annual fund, credit card, matching gift, special event, and peer-to-peer donations.
• Prepare and manage daily deposits.
• Reconcile deposits and research gift-processing exceptions.
• Identify discrepancies involving donor information, gift records, and general ledger impact.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with organizational policies and CASE Global Reporting Standards.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and special projects.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve donation disputes, processing errors, and donor account inquiries.
