Job summary

Donor Network of Arizona is seeking a Donor Legacy Charge to provide shift leadership and operational oversight for Donor Legacy activities. As shift lead, you will direct real-time logistics, support high-quality case management, and facilitate compassionate, ethical family donation conversations.

You will mentor Donor Legacy Advocates, collaborate with cross-functional partners, ensure accuracy and timeliness of information, participate in training and performance reviews, and uphold

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Donor Legacy Advocate, Family Services Coordinator, Donation and Family Advocate or similar OPO role.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CPTC/CEPTC and CTBS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides shift leadership and real-time oversight for Donor Legacy activities.
• Coaches and supports Donor Legacy Advocates during cases; escalates risks as needed.
• Advises on timing and approach for authorization discussions with families.
• Collaborates with Organ Advisor on Call, ROC, ORO, and HE&S teams for timely information exchange.
• Reviews documentation and case activity in real time for accuracy and quality; participates in reviews and performance analysis.
• Attends required meetings and maintains knowledge of SOPs and CEU requirements.
