Qualifications

• Manage a large portfolio of donors and prioritize 150–200 active donors for deeper engagement.
• Develop tailored engagement strategies for top-tier donors within the portfolio.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand donor interests, motivations, and capacity.
• Execute 12–24 annual touchpoints per active donor with increasing personalization.
• Lead, coach, and manage the Annual Fund Manager to grow the program.
• Advance donors toward higher levels and major gifts through moves management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear documentation of donor interactions and next steps in Tessitura CRM.
• Develop monthly and quarterly outreach plans for engagement and solicitation.
• Coordinate donor events in collaboration with stewardship, membership, and major gifts teams.
• Collaborate with data and analytics staff to refine portfolio strategy and reporting.
• Ensure disciplined moves management and pipeline progression for donors.
