Job summary

The Network Group, Inc. seeks an Advancement Officer to manage donor relationships and cultivation efforts. The role focuses on building a portfolio of 75–80 donors, including major donors, and expanding the donor base with strategic outreach and personalized communications.

You will report to the President and coordinate with the CEO on major asks, while maintaining precise CRM records and driving stewardship plans that demonstrate the impact of gifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of nonprofit fundraising, sales, or a donor-facing role with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record of independently building a donor or client base and closing on asks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adopt tools (CRM, Claude/ChatGPT) quickly and use them consistently.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of approximately 75–80 donors and prospects, including current major donors.
• Build genuine donor relationships and tailor communications to donors' interests.
• Follow up on new relationships surfaced through events and introductions; convert warm leads.
• Maintain up-to-date donor interaction records in the CRM.
