theatreWashington is seeking a development-focused professional to lead Major Gift fundraising, portfolio development and donor engagement as part of a comprehensive fundraising program.

You will steward donors, drive campaign planning and prospect development, prepare proposals, report on progress, and coordinate board and volunteer engagement while overseeing CRM, reporting and administrative management to meet annual goals.

Responsibilities

• Frontline Major Gift Fundraising, Portfolio Development & Donor Engagement (45%)
• Fundraising and Campaign Strategy, Planning & Prospect Development (25%)
• Donor Stewardship, Proposal Development, and Communication (15%)
• Board & Volunteer Leadership Engagement (10%)
• CRM, Reporting & Administrative Management (5%)
