Job summary

United Way of King County in Seattle seeks a Donor Impact Officer to join the Individual Giving/Annual Fund team and advance a comprehensive fundraising strategy for donors giving $1–$999 annually.

You will plan annual fund strategies, strengthen donor engagement, and move donors through the giving pipeline via direct mail, online giving, recurring gifts, events, and workplace giving. You will also oversee data and systems for large-scale campaigns.

Qualifications

• Understanding of social and racial justice and equity with commitment to apply lenses in the workplace.
• Experience in fundraising or marketing, communications, or related field (2+ years).
• Ability to analyze data to create and steward donor segments.

Responsibilities

• Support a comprehensive fundraising strategy to retain, upgrade and acquire donors.
• Plan and implement annual fund strategies for assigned donor segments.
• Oversee data and systems for large-scale projects and ensure data integrity.
