Job summary

Clackamas Women's Services seeks a Development Manager to lead donor cultivation, retention, and gift growth. You will manage a portfolio of individual donors, build engagement through personalized outreach, and drive annual giving campaigns in partnership with the Development Director.

The role includes coordinating direct mail, year-end campaigns, and donor communications, while advancing fundraising goals and equity-driven program support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of development experience with fundraising.
• Ability to manage donor relationships and donor databases.
• Experience leading annual giving, direct mail, online campaigns and events.
• Strong communication, organization, and detail orientation.
• Proficiency with fundraising software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of individual donors, especially under $5,000.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors to increase giving and retention.
• Create strategies to grow annual giving and monthly sustainer programs.
• Oversee direct mail and year-end campaigns with coordinated messaging.
