• Lead annual giving and monthly sustainers campaigns.
• Oversee direct mail, year-end campaigns, and donor communications.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; track engagements in CRM.
• Support events and partnerships to advance fundraising goals.
• Maintain accurate donor records and reporting.
