Job summary

ACCESS is seeking a Donor Relations Manager in Oregon to lead mid-level and major donor engagement, develop annual development plans, and drive fundraising goals through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.

Under the Advancement Director, you will manage a donor portfolio, collaborate on events, prepare strategic reports, and ensure accurate gift coding while expanding ACCESS’ donor base and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of development experience; or equivalent years may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

Serve on Advancement Leadership Team to meet ACCESS strategic goals and support mission.
Set and achieve annual and long-range fundraising goals with Advancement Director and Development Manager.
Develop and implement the Annual Development Plan and evaluate ROI of strategies.
Cultivate, solicit, and steward mid-level and major donors; build a strong donor pipeline.
Plan and execute ACCESS’ annual fundraising events and coordinate with committees.
Create fundraising collateral with the Marketing/Communications Team and ensure donor communications.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure gifts are coded correctly and financial procedures are followed.
Conduct face-to-face donor visits and maintain accurate activity records.
