• Process, record, and acknowledge gifts, pledges, pledge payments, and in-kind donations.
• Maintain donor records in Salesforce and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Manage data imports/exports, queries, lists, dashboards, and reports for fundraising.
• Coordinate communications, campaigns, and event logistics with the Development team.
• Support donor stewardship and engagement activities under the Director of Development.
