Job summary

The Children's Home of Pittsburgh seeks a Full-Time Individual Giving Manager to lead donor strategy and the annual giving program. You will oversee identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors, in partnership with the Development Office.

You will design and implement donor-centered communications, maintain an active prospect portfolio, and track progress toward annual goals with regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and five years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with annual fund management and donor databases is valued.
• Ability to lead planning and multi-phase projects across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual giving strategy and annual giving program.
• Develop donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans.
• Collaborate with Development Office and volunteers to meet fundraising goals.
• Prepare reports on fundraising progress and outcomes.
• Manage donor communications and acknowledgments with the team.
