Job summary

Jewish Family & Children's Service of Pittsburgh is seeking a Manager of Individual Giving & Development Operations. This role leads the annual giving program, oversees donor stewardship, and ensures data and systems support sustainable philanthropic growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in business administration, nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
Minimum of five years of related experience in fundraising, annual fund management, and individual giving.
Knowledge of fundraising techniques including moves management, direct mail, and online giving.
Experience with fundraising CRMs and donor management systems.
Experience managing donor portfolios and cultivating donor relationships.

Responsibilities

Oversee the organization’s annual fund program and donor stewardship initiatives.
Develop and implement donor stewardship and move‑management strategies.
Manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects for annual and mid‑level gifts.
Coordinate donor cultivation activities with executive leadership on major gift pipelines.
Design and implement an annual fundraising communications plan including appeals, newsletters, and reports.
Supervise staff and ensure effective use of Raiser's Edge and other fundraising tools.
