Job summary

Crossroads4Hope is seeking a Donor Development Manager to lead the annual Individual Giving strategy, including mail and digital appeals, donor communications, and events for gifts below $2,500. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ fundraising experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional relationship-building and donor engagement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with donor-facing content.
• Proven track record of cultivating and soliciting gifts from individuals.
