Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years of related experience in annual fund management or donor giving.
• Knowledge of fundraising techniques (moves management, direct mail, online giving).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and manages fundraising activities for individual giving, focusing on annual and mid-level gifts.
• Develops donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans with the development team.
