Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers, assist with questions, and help maintain efficient store operations to support the mission.

Under Store Manager guidance, you will accept donations, help train team members and volunteers, and ensure accurate records while providing friendly service in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires reliability and flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Load and sort donations per policy.
• Maintain accurate donation records and issue receipts.
• Provide cheerful customer service to donors and customers.
• Assist in training store team members and volunteers.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ensure safe, clean processing area and housekeeping.
