Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with relevant professional experience or a bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in donor relations, fundraising operations, customer service, accounting support, or administrative services.
• Experience with donor management, CRM, or fundraising databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process daily charitable contributions accurately and timely across multiple channels.
• Maintain donor records and ensure data quality in the donor management system.
• Provide donor service via phone and email and coordinate acknowledgments.
• Assist with recurring giving programs and update payment methods as needed.
• Generate receipts, annual statements, and donor communications.
• Collaborate with fundraising staff and finance for accurate reporting.
