Beacon Hill Staffing Group in Boston is seeking a Development Operations Assistant for a nonprofit focused on supporting women and advancing social justice. This temporary, onsite role pays $24–$25/hour, runs 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and begins November 30 with a possible extension through January 30.

You will assist with gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and manage donor records using Raiser's Edge NXT and Luminate Online, along with standard office software.

Formación

• Experience in fundraising operations or nonprofit settings preferred.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge/NXT and Luminate Online highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Development team during the busy year-end fundraising season.
• Assist with gift processing and donor acknowledgments.
• Mail acknowledgment letters and file/scan donor gift documentation.
• Process tribute gift notifications.
• Download and process donor updates using Raiser's Edge NXT and Luminate Online.
• Process credit card and check donations.
• Update donor records and maintain database information.
• Package and mail holiday card orders.
• Prepare and send donor thank-you cards and emails.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
