Job summary

Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch seeks a Donor Fulfillment Specialist to process gifts and support donor relations. The role balances daily cash handling with timely donor communications, using standard imaging and database tools to ensure accuracy and engagement.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a donor-centric attitude, with responsibilities spanning gift processing and donor services support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service, data entry, and general office work; call center experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm required.
• Proficient with 10-key by touch.
• Competent in Microsoft Office for Windows (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proficient with general office equipment.
• Excellent time management and high attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming gifts and balance daily contributions using gift processing systems.
• Make outbound donor acknowledgement calls and document interactions in the donor database.
• Handle and direct donor calls following established protocols and document accordingly.
• Maintain donor records, scan documents, and run donor queries/reports as needed.
• Prioritize multiple tasks for maximum productivity and accuracy.
• Support other branches as assigned.
