Job summary

Sky Ranch is seeking a Database Coordinator to support our mission by managing the donor database and ensuring data accuracy. This role includes processing fundraising gifts, generating reports, and maintaining optimal donor communication.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of administrative experience and a strong understanding of donor management software. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills and a commitment to the Christian principles of Sky Ranch.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ administrative experience.
• Must have knowledge and evidence of extensive data entry, database development, and report writing.
• Advanced proficiency in essential software applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor database and process fundraising gifts.
• Produce analytical reporting for donor trends.
