Job summary

CSL's plasma collection center in Dallas is seeking a Customer Service/Donor Center Associate responsible for greeting donors and guiding them through registration to verify suitability for plasma pheresis. Under SOPs, you will assist with screening health history, answer questions, perform basic health checks, and record donor data in the electronic system.

The role may involve cross-training, bilingual duties, and communicating with medical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a clerical or customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide through registration to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors with the screening process, including health history questions and basic medical inquiries; refer to medical staff as needed.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; conduct finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all HSE and OSHA policies; ensure supplies and forms are available.
