The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to procedures. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience in donor-facing roles and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience preferred.
• 1-3 years relevant people facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods; on-the-job training is common.

Responsibilities

• Performs donor screening (collects donor histories), mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Treats donors with customer service excellence, presenting a positive image and responding to inquiries promptly.
• May conduct automation (Alyx and/or Trima) and recruit for automation.
• Contributes to a positive team culture and employee experience through respectful collaboration.
• Maintains donor identification, performs routine equipment maintenance, and completes department records.
