Responsibilities include donor screening, processing, maintaining equipment, recruiting for automation, rebooking appointments, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and ability to follow established processes.
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and manuals.
• Ability to organize work for efficient workflow.
• Deliver positive donor experiences with empathy and professionalism.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through respectful collaboration.
• Able to work independently or with a team and adapt to changing needs.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with computer applications and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Performs donor screening (histories), mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provides a positive donor experience with professional, service-oriented interactions.
• May operate automation systems (Alyx/Trima), and recruit donors for automation.
• Maintains a positive team culture and supports coworkers.
• Maintains equipment, ensures donor identification accuracy, and completes records.
• Monitors donors for reactions and provides necessary care.
• Rebooks donors for future appointments.
• Completes background checks as needed and adheres to regulations.
• Performs other duties within the job scope and complies with SOPs.
