Goodwill of North Georgia seeks a team member to thoroughly examine and process donated goods for resale in retail stores. You will work in a fast-paced environment, sorting donations, assisting truck drivers, and maintaining safety and organization while following standard procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Strong guest experience mindset.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18+ to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and 'people first' attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Properly sort donations into designated categories.
• Maintain a neat, clean donor door area/ADC and safety.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Follow training playbooks and attend required trainings.
