Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a motivated team member to examine and grade donated goods for resale in our retail stores. The role helps run efficient processing in a fast-paced environment while following standard operating procedures.

The position requires basic math/reading, good English communication, and the ability to work across our ADC locations. We offer weekly pay, PTO, discounts, and staff health benefits to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication in English and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale.
• Process goods quickly to meet production goals.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations and maintain safety practices.
• Sort donations into designated categories and assist guests as needed.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
