Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking team members to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in our retail stores. You will process donations in a fast-paced environment, meeting production goals while following standard operating procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and reading skills, and strong communication abilities in English. A customer-first, team-oriented mindset is essential, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year or more production experience preferred.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade donated goods for resale.
• Process donations quickly to meet production goals.
• Display a professional, patient, and people-first attitude.
• Provide donation receipts at the time of donating.
• Sort donations into designated categories and aid guests as needed.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
