Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking a friendly Donation Center Associate to provide world-class donor experience by greeting donors, collecting and sorting donations, and helping move items to the sales floor.

You will follow guidelines, maintain safety, record donations, operate pallet jacks, and assist with loading, unloading, and janitorial duties as needed. A high school diploma is preferred and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Accept, sort, and process donations per guidelines.
• Assist in moving and pricing furniture to the sales floor.
• Label equipment and maintain safety and PPE usage.
• Record donations using donor tablet and issue receipts.
• Operate pallet jacks and load outbound trailers.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform janitorial tasks.
• Report incidents and injuries immediately.
• Assist with loading/unloading and maintain security.
• Follow policies and maintain confidentiality.
