Job summary

You will greet donors, verify appointments, collect donor history, and perform donor physical assessments in line with SOPs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and presentable appearance.
• Ability to work varied hours including weekends with short notice.
• Registers donors, takes donor history and performs donor physical assessments.
• Supports donor centers and mobile operations per SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors and guests, opens doors, and builds rapport to create a welcoming environment.
• Performs donor health history and physical assessment per SOPs and medical standards.
• Screens donor eligibility via computer verification and medical history review.
• Provides educational material to donors.
• Escorts donors through the collection process and coordinates handoff to the collections team.
