Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Effective communication and courtesy with patrons.
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assess donor eligibility and perform medical screening per SOPs.
• Assist in donor health history and collection preparation.
• Maintain clean, organized front-donation areas.
• Liaise with donors and management to ensure a positive experience.
• Support staff during blood drives and events.
• Perform reception and phone duties as assigned.
