Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking team members to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale at our retail stores. You will process items efficiently to help meet production goals while following SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of production experience, and strong English communication. A forklift license/ability is required for this role; safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• English communication and interpersonal skills required.
• 18+ years old to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade donated goods to sell in stores.
• Process goods quickly to meet production goals.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.
• Work with management and teammates to ensure smooth operations.
