Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods, and to process items quickly to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will work across multiple stations, maintain a neat workspace, uphold safety practices, and communicate effectively with management and peers. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; you must be 18+ to operate a forklift. Weekly pay, benefits, and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good oral and written communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and good judgment.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Effectively process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support daily production goals.
• Identify and quickly solve problems and/or seek management support.
• Effectively communicate with management and other team members.
• Effectively promote and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Perform tasks per training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area at all times.
• Adhere to safety and security practices including reporting hazards and injuries to management.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
