Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a motivated team member to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for our 100+ stores. You will process items quickly to meet daily production goals, support multiple work areas, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred), strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Forklift operation is required for certification and legal age.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and be 18+ to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Pivot to multiple work areas to support production needs.
• Identify and resolve problems and/or seek supervision as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area; follow safety procedures.
