Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers, assist with questions, and help maintain organized donation processing to support the mission. Under the Store Manager, you will contribute to efficient store operations and donor engagement.

This role requires strong English literacy, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to work nights/weekends. A high school diploma is preferred; background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Pass skills and knowledge assessment testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers and provide assistance with basic questions.
• Meet production standards for sorting, pricing, stocking, and pulling donations.
• Sort donations according to Goodwill guidelines and maintain processing area.
• Maintain accurate records of donations and issue receipts.
• Assist in training store team members and volunteers.
• Perform janitorial duties and ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
• Work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
