Job summary

Ronald McDonald House New York is seeking a Coordinator, Development and Events to support fundraising and a calendar of donor events, from receptions to offsite gatherings. You will own guest lists, RSVPs, bios, briefing materials, and day‑of event support.

The role includes Salesforce data entry, donor acknowledgments, budget tracking, and coordinating with departments, vendors, volunteers, and speakers. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years nonprofit event experience are preferred; strong

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years experience in development, events, or a coordination role; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or a CRM; strong MS Office and mail-merge skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor and guest lists, RSVPs, and briefing materials.
• Manage event logistics: room reservations, catering, AV, signage, and materials.
• Track expenses, process invoices, and maintain budget records.
• Enter and maintain data in Salesforce; run reports for planning and revenue tracking.
• Support donor correspondence and acknowledgments.
