Ronald McDonald House New York is seeking a detail‑oriented Coordinator, Development and Events to support donor and constituent activities, from large receptions to intimate gatherings. You will own guest lists, RSVPs, briefing materials, and day‑of logistics, while also assisting with donor communications and database maintenance.

The role requires 2–5 years in development or events, with Salesforce and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Competenze

• 2–5 years in development, events, or coordinating roles; nonprofit experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting events from planning through execution; guest list and RSVP management.
• Salesforce or similar CRM preferred; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word (mail merges).
• Familiarity with Classy, Marketing Cloud, and Canva preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Warm, service-oriented demeanor with discretion when handling confidential information.
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute event logistics for RMH-NY donor receptions, tours, and offsite events.
• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, bios, briefing materials, and on-site check-in.
• Coordinate room setups, catering, AV, signage, and prints; liaise with vendors.
• Maintain development calendar, run-of-show docs, and event budgets.
• Enter and maintain Salesforce records for constituents and attendance.
• Run reports and support campaign and donor communications.
• Ensure post-event follow-up, acknowledgments, and data hygiene.
