Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate nonprofit experience.
• 1–3 years donor relations, data entry, or fundraising experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential donor information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts daily in Virtuous for monetary and in-kind contributions.
• Prepare timely donor acknowledgments and notices.
• Maintain constituent profiles and perform quarterly data cleanups.
• Assist with reporting and reconciliation with Finance/QuickBooks Online.
• Record pledges and balance summaries; monitor donor milestones.
• Support stewardship activities and donor communications.
• Coordinate donor events and logistics; support administration tasks.
