Job summary

Ronald McDonald House Greater Denver is seeking a strategic Director of Development Operations to lead donor data, stewardship, and event operations. You will shape analytics, reporting, and portfolio management while aligning with finance and marketing to grow fundraising impact.

This role supervises operations and events staff, drives donor engagement, and ensures compliant, donor-centered experiences across lifecycle stages. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in fundraising ops are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of fundraising operations experience.
• Proven leadership in supervising staff and volunteers, with coaching skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Raiser's Edge NXT (or similar CRM), gift processing, donor segmentation, and reporting.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with ability to lead complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of donor stewardship best practices, fundraising compliance, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor operations and fundraising systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accurate gift management.
• Develop and oversee donor portfolio and moves management strategies for engagement and philanthropic investment.
• Provide leadership and supervision for development operations, events, and fundraising staff.
• Partner with Development, Marketing, and Finance to support fundraising strategy and donor stewardship.
• Oversee fundraising infrastructure, grant tracking, performance reporting, and audits.
