Job summary

Las Trampas School, Inc. is seeking a Donor Engagement Manager to help build meaningful relationships with donors, supporters and the community.

Working with the Director of Philanthropy, you will develop and execute donor communications, storytelling, events, grants, digital outreach and stewardship. You will maintain donor data in the CRM, coordinate campaigns and reporting, and ensure accuracy, accessibility and mission-aligned messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit development, donor communications or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of donor engagement, stewardship and fundraising campaigns.
• Create and coordinate donor communications across email, print, website and social media.
• Identify stories and opportunities to deepen donor engagement.
• Build relationships with donors and community members; support follow-up and stewardship.
• Maintain communications calendar and ensure consistency with Las Trampas voice.
• Coordinate fundraising events and sponsorship outreach; manage timelines and logistics.
• Maintain donor records in CRM; support reporting and development metrics.
