Job summary

Las Trampas School, Inc. is seeking a Donor Engagement Manager to drive donor communications, storytelling and events. You will partner with the Director of Philanthropy to design campaigns, steward donors and support grants, while maintaining CRM data and project timelines.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong writing, organization and collaboration across teams. Some evening/weekend events may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit development, communications, donor engagement, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and across departments.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support donor engagement, stewardship and fundraising campaigns.
• Create donor communications via email, print, website and social media.
• Identify stories and opportunities to deepen donor engagement.
• Maintain donor relations with sponsors, volunteers and community members.
• Maintain communications calendar and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate fundraising events with the Director of Philanthropy.
• Draft grant applications and reports with program and finance staff.
• Maintain CRM records and development reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
