K-LOVE in Franklin, TN is seeking a Prospect Development & Research Specialist to build a ministry-focused donor portfolio and support Donor Advisors, Major and Principal Giving, and Planned Giving programs. This in-office role identifies potential donors, assesses giving capacity, and informs strategies to grow the donor base.
You will collaborate with the Donor Engagement Team to cultivate relationships, elevate donors into major gifts, and contribute to a mission-driven fundraising effort

The Prospect Development & Research Specialist is responsible for managing and building a strong, ministry-oriented portfolio pipeline to create and build the future prospect pool for the Donor Advisors, Major and Principal Giving, and Planned Giving programs. This will be done through outreach, conducting research to identify potential donors and/or new donor prospects, and reviewing biographical and financial information on individuals to assess donor-giving potential.
This is an in-office position in Franklin, TN.
