Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative support or customer service experience.
• Experience responding to donor inquiries via phone and email.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Respond to donor inquiries by email and phone within 24 hours.
• Prepare and manage donor acknowledgment letters and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate donor records and update database entries.
• Coordinate processing, review, printing, and mailing of acknowledgments.
• Assist with Raiser's Edge data uploads and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in donor communications.
• Collaborate with other departments and support volunteer activities.
