K-LOVE is a nonprofit, multi-platform media company on a mission to draw people closer to Christ. The Donor Services Specialist role focuses on precise donor data processing, strong phone engagement, and confidentiality, with 90% of the day on calls and 6+ hours at a desk.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 2 years in customer service or donor-facing work, and familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or donor-facing work.
• Experience with CRM or database systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle confidential information with good judgment.

Responsabilités

• Assist donors via phone with inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain accurate donor records and processing tasks.
• Provide superior customer service while representing the ministry.
• Work independently while aligning with team goals and protocols.
