Job summary

Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Donor Ministries Representative to join the Donor Ministries team in Coppell, TX. You will maintain active relationships with donors, make outbound calls, and ensure donor records are accurately documented and updated.

The role requires a four-year college degree and 1–2 years of related experience, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and professional donor communications. English is required; Spanish is recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality, insight and professionalism with donors and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound donor calls and respond to donor inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and guidelines for professionalism, timeliness, accuracy and compassion.
