Job summary

Open Doors U.S. is seeking a motivated donor relations professional to grow mid-level giving and deepen partnerships with supporters across the ministry. The role focuses on managing the donor pipeline, coordinating with teams, and delivering personalized outreach.

You will collaborate with the Associate Director of Mid-Level Relations, nurture a remote caseload, and maintain accurate CRM records while handling a high-volume cadence during peak campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop awareness and expertise around the donor pipeline and team interactions.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director of Mid-Level Relations on growth strategies.
• Identify donors who can increase giving and deepen engagement.
• Provide relational care to mid-level givers and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Engage caseload donors through weekly calls, notes, emails, and outreach.
• Complete assigned projects and support mid-level campaigns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of donor interactions in the CRM.
• Perform other duties as needed.
