Job summary

Community Action of Skagit County is seeking a Donor Development Coordinator to strengthen our fundraising program. The role focuses on donor relations, data management in DonorPerfect, and supporting grant processes and communications.

The position is hourly, full-time at 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities to contribute to annual fundraising events and stewardship metrics. A background in marketing, communications or event planning is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Fundraising, marketing or communications experience preferred.
• Experience using donor databases and prospect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead Annual Fundraising Plan and update dashboards to track progress.
• Coordinate donor relationships across foundations, businesses and clubs.
• Manage donor records in DonorPerfect and generate reports.
• Coordinate grants prospect research, proposals and reporting.
• Draft donor emails, newsletters and social content each month.
