Donor Management: Oversee processing of donations, management of multi-year pledges, donor acknowledgment, and maintenance of an accurate and comprehensive Customer Relations Management (CRM) database using Little Green Light.

Marketing and Communications: Collaborate with the Executive Director and Communications Specialist to continually refine a comprehensive marketing and communications program, including marketing strategies, messaging, branding, social media, events, and website management and the production of marketing and fundraising collateral.

Community Engagement: Support and participate in CPF events, as appropriate, to build relationships with members and raise the visibility of the organization’s work.

Mission Understanding and Strategic Objectives: Develop a deep understanding of CPF’s mission, strategic initiatives, projects, and programs, and regularly review this in conjunction with the Development Plan.
