Responsibilities

• Manage donor and donation data uploads in the CRM.
• Process credit card donations received via mail or phone.
• Sort, scan, and forward checks to external vendors.
• Provide fast, accurate donor support via phone, email, and mail.
• Prepare acknowledgment letters for donors.
• Maintain integrity of donor database.
