Job summary

Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund Inc. seeks a Fundraising Database Associate in New York to maintain and update the CRM with donor records and donations. You will process gifts by mail and phone, verify data accuracy, and support donors with inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional experience in an administrative or operations role.
• Previous experience with donor database systems.
• Ability to discreetly handle confidential donor information.
• Thrives in a fast-paced office setting (3 days a week).

Responsibilities

• Master manual and automated multi-step processes for uploading donor and donation information.
• Process credit card donations received via mail and over the telephone.
• Sort, scan, and send out checks for processing by external vendors.
• Provide fast, accurate customer support to donors and supporters via telephone, email, and mail.
• Provide acknowledgment letters to donors.
• Maintain the integrity of Everytown's donor database.
